* add API for Gandi LiveDNS

* ensure Gandi API key is saved for renewing certificate.

* gandi_livedns: use PUT instead of POST for creating DNS record

* gandi_livedns: fix formatting

* dns_gandi_livedns: fix shellcheck errors
